My elderly mom moved back to OK a few years ago. She had an Apple computer and an iPhone she didn’t use except to make calls. At the time, I had not worked much with Apple computers, and I was completely lost on how to set it up for her. I contacted Jeff to see if he could help. He graciously went to my mom’s house and spent a few hours with her. He set up her computer, connected her printer, helped reset passwords she had forgotten and got everything working.
Then he spent time showing her how to use the computer more efficiently and how to use her phone. He was extremely patient with her and explained things so well. A great teacher to my mom who is technologically challenged. He programed his name into her phone and when she had questions, she could contact him. It saved us a lot of time with his expertise to get the tasks done quickly and efficiently.
Jeff has also been my go to when I have any issues with setting up a new iPhone, connecting my kids’ phones to my account so I can monitor them, or anything iPhone related. He is extremely knowledgeable, very patient, and teaches on a level that I can understand. If I am still lost, he teaches from a different angle.
